Mandala is a Sanskrit term meaning “mind circle” and is an art form used across cultures to access deeper states of mind.
In this workshop participants will engage in creating their own Mandala based on theories of sacred geometry and their own archetypes and personal iconography.
Theory, visual presentations, meditation and music will all be a part of this journey into the inner world.
Through the sound of a live drum participants will delve deeply into their own consciousness and express that journey in the form of a Mandala.
This form of art making is calming to the mind and will leave participants with a sense of expanded self-realization.
